30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All hosting plans (Web, VPS, WordPress, Email) include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

No Refunds on Domains

Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable once processed, as costs are immediately passed to the registrar.

1. Hosting Services — 30-Day Guarantee

Nexlara LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans, including Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, and Email Hosting.

If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, stating your order reference and the reason for your refund request. We will process all eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Refund requests are only available for first-time purchases of each service type. Subsequent renewals or additional purchases of the same service type are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

Accounts found to have abused our refund policy (e.g. repeatedly purchasing and refunding) may have their eligibility reviewed and may be refused service.

3. Domain Registrations — Non-Refundable

Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are strictly non-refundable once processed. This is because we immediately incur costs with our upstream domain registrars upon completing a domain transaction, and these costs are not recoverable.

Before registering a domain, please ensure you have entered the correct domain name and extension. Nexlara is not responsible for typographical errors made by the customer during registration.

4. Services Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refund: services cancelled after 30 days from the purchase date, accounts suspended for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, any service where the customer has received a chargeback from their bank.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur significant fees and administrative costs for our business. Accounts that initiate unjustified chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
